Terms and Conditions

The validity of free or concessionary rate tickets depends on the relevant conditions being met. For example if you have booked a ticket at the concessionary rate because you are a student, or unwaged you must bring the usual documentary evidence.

Kinklusive may refund the cost of returned tickets but does not undertake to do so.

Unauthorised use of cameras or any other recording equipment is forbidden.

We reserve the right to refuse entry in reasonable circumstances. These would be rare and include perceived risk to public safety or to the normal operation of the event.

Anyone who does not abide by the party etiquette rules below may, in deliberate, repeated or severe cases, be required to leave.

Over 18s only.

Party Etiquette

Keep it "Safe, Sane and Consensual" at all times

You are responsible for your own safety, and the safety of your playmates at all times.

Do not get in the way or crowd scenes. If you are hit you have only yourself to blame.

The universal club safeword is RED. If you hear it, stop play immediately.

Respect the playspace. Clean up after messy scenes. Use a drop cloth when waxing.

Players get priority over voyeurs in the play areas. Please keep the area around the dungeon furniture clear if you are not playing.

Do not touch without permission. This applies to people, their equipment, clothes, toys or their subs.

Do not sit on the dungeon furniture. Furniture is for beating arses, not resting them.

Tell the Dungeon Monitors. They are there to ensure "Safe, Sane and Consensual" Play. It is their job to deal with serious breaches of etiquette, or offensive behaviour.

Disclaimer

We acknowledge that there are potential risks inherent in BDSM play. While we do our utmost to encourage safe play, you engage in consensual BDSM and use the equipment in this club entirely at your own risk. Kinklusive organisers will accept no responsibility for any injury, death or damage to clothing or personal effects sustained by doing so.
