Kinklusive Before and After Parties
As well as the
daytime workshops and fair on Saturday
12th, there are several party events on over the Kinklusive Weekend,
including Club Lash,
an after-party at Nemesis, and the
Manbears' Pre-Hibernation Party.
Club Lash - Fri 11th Nov
The Kinklusive weekend kicks off a 9:30pm on Friday 11th November with
Club Lash,
the North's largest BDSM / Fetish club. Lash has been running since 1998
and the current venue
is The Tunnel, part of
Legends on the edge of
the Gay Village at
4-6
Whitworth Street, M1 3QW - and the same venue as the
Kinklusive Daytime workshops and fair on Saturday
12th.
Club Lash was established in 1998
by four women: Mistresses Kate, Mistress Rosie
Lugosi the Vampire Queen, the lovely Lady Helen, and DJ sub Sindy. Other
DJs include Miss Jinny, Chaos and Midnight. The night is
mixed by sexuality (les, gay, bi and straight) and by gender (male, female,
trans, points in between). All polite perverts are welcome, however you choose
to describe yourselves. You can buy tickets in
advance from Kinklusive at the special rate of £10 (they're
normally £15 for non-members of Lash.)
The club dresscode is
leather, rubber, PVC, lingerie, cross-dressing and character
dressing (e.g. as a doctor, or school marm). Character dressing is often the
least expensive option, and we encourage this through giving each night a
different theme. Stripping to the waist is fine, but full frontal nudity is
illegal and would get the venue into trouble.
The club has a staffed cloakroom for leaving bags and "street clothes";
a chill-out area near the bar; a small dance floor; nooks, crannies and
tunnels for mixing; and the famous
Roissy
Workshops dungeon for playing.

After-party at Nemesis - Sat 12th
Nov
There will be an after-party at Nemesis on Saturday 12th November
2005, the evening after the Kinklusive Daytime workshops
and fair.
Nemesis has been well known for providing dungeon equipment at clubs in the
north and midlands for the past few years. In 2003 they stunned the northern
scene by opening Nemesis II,
a purpose built 4000 sq ft play space, with two
dozen pieces of equipment (and no more packing everything away at 3am
for the club organisers!)
Nemesis II is located south of Huddersfield, a fair way off the M62, about
equidistant from Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield. We'll be helping to
sort out car pools for people without
their own transport, and maps and directions will be available to
ticket-holders from the front desk of the Kinklusive
Saturday daytime event. For the Kinklusive after-party at Nemesis, you
need to buy tickets in
advance at the special rate of £10 for this party (for the rest of
the year, entrance is
£15 for non-members attending normal Nemesis events as guests.)
Couch Club - Sat 12th Nov
The Couch Club will be holding its
1st Anniversary party at
M.U.D.
in central Manchester on Saturday evening, 9:30 onwards. Please contact them

Manbears' Pre-Hibernation Party - Sat 12th Nov
The Manbears Pre-Hibernation Party
is on Saturday 12th November at Legends (the same venue as the Kinklusive
day time event.)
Manchester Munch - Sun 13th Nov
The Manchester
Munch - the longest running munch in Britain - moves from its
regular slot on Saturday to Sunday for one month only.
